This information applies to Perfect Sync's SQL Tools, Console Tools, Graphics Tools and registered DOSBox Tools packages. It does not pertain to our free products such as the shareware version of DOSBox Tools.
Perfect Sync Development Tools are available only through Authorized Resellers. We provide our resellers with a 30-Day, Money-Back, No-Questions-Asked Guarantee. In other words, if an end-user returns one of our products to the original reseller for any reason within thirty (30) days, we will allow the reseller to return the product to Perfect Sync for credit.
Most of our resellers have, historically, passed that same guarantee on to their customers, but each reseller has the option of setting their own return policy. It's always a good idea to check a Reseller's return policy before purchasing something from them.
If you want to return a Perfect Sync Development Tool for a refund, you must return it to the same Authorized Reseller that sold you the product. Perfect Sync cannot provide direct refunds for products which were sold by a Reseller.
