Perfect Sync was founded on ten-nine-eight-seven (October 9, '87) by Eric Pearson, as a sole proprietorship.
It was incorporated in Michigan (USA) in 1990, and provided a number of seemingly-unrelated
products
and services over the years. Until 2004 it was located in
metro Detroit (Southfield, Michigan), then
it moved to Traverse City, Michigan, where it was much, much happier. It has now retired there.
