Product Replacement Policy
If your copy of a product is lost or destroyed (for example if your hard drive crashes) Perfect Sync will replace it at no charge. The replacement product will be keyed to use the same Authorization Code as the original.
This policy is limited to one replacement per licensee per product. If you need additional replacements, there will be a 15%-of-original-cost charge for each subsequent copy. If losing it the first time didn't teach you how important backups are, that's not our problem.
To request a product replacement, simply send an email message to Perfect Sync Customer Support. For security reasons you must include your Perfect Sync Authorization Code in your message. Perfect Sync will not replace a product if you don't know your Authorization Code so be sure to store your Authorization Code in your permanent (paper) files.
